Account information
BrownGlobal Holdings LLC processes your email, account identifier, optional display name and photo, authentication records and essential session data to operate GSN ID. Your account settings are not a public player or club profile. We do not sell your personal information.
Connected GSN services
When identity connections are enabled, registered GSN platforms receive only the account information and permissions needed for the connection you approve. Club access, player approval and paid entitlements are managed separately. We do not expose a shared refresh token to every subdomain.
Hosting, storage and security
Lovable Cloud and Supabase provide hosting, authentication and storage infrastructure. Providers may process data outside your country. Essential browser storage keeps you signed in; anyone using your browser profile may be able to access your account. Sign out on shared devices. Photos are resized and re-encoded to remove embedded image metadata before upload. No service can guarantee absolute security.
Choices and retention
You can update your name and optional photo in account settings. Contact media@gsnmedia.app about access, corrections, photo removal, account closure or privacy concerns. We retain information as needed for operating the service, safety and applicable legal obligations. Purchase and membership records held by another GSN platform may need separate handling. Children and younger players may require guardian involvement and additional safeguards before participation.
